त्यक्त्वा देवान् स्त्रियं तां तु हर्तुकामा हतौजसः ।
तेन पापेन मुह्यन्तः संशक्तास्ते ततोऽब्रुवन् ॥
tyaktvā devān striyaṃ tāṃ tu hartukāmā hataujasaḥ | tena pāpena muhyantaḥ saṃśaktās te tato 'bruvan ||
देवांशी युद्ध सोडून, ज्यांचे पराक्रम क्षीण झाले होते, ते त्या स्त्रीला पकडण्याची इच्छा करू लागले; त्या पापानेच मोहित होऊन ते एकत्र जमले आणि मग बोलू लागले।
