चिराद् गुरुतरं तद्वन् महान्तमपि कालजम् ।
एवं च सुखदुःखानि पुण्यापुण्योद्भवानि वै ॥
cirād gurutaraṃ tadvan mahāntam api kālajam / evaṃ ca sukhaduḥkhāni puṇyāpuṇyodbhavāni vai
काळानुसार तेच फल तसेच अधिक जड व तीव्र होते, आणि काळाच्या प्रवाहाने महानही बनते; म्हणून सुख-दुःख निश्चयाने पुण्य-पापांपासूनच उत्पन्न होतात।
