यथा पाण्डो: सुता राज॑स्तथैव तव धर्मत: । तान् पालय स्थितो धर्मे गुरुशुश्रूषणे रतान्
yathā pāṇḍoḥ sutā rājas tathaiva tava dharmataḥ | tān pālaya sthito dharme guruśuśrūṣaṇe ratān |
भीष्म म्हणाले—राजन्, जसे ते पांडूचे पुत्र आहेत, तसेच धर्माच्या दृष्टीने ते तुझेही आहेत. ते सदैव गुरुजनांच्या सेवेत रत असतात; म्हणून तू धर्मात स्थित राहून त्यांचे पालन-पोषण आपल्या पुत्रांप्रमाणे कर.
