धर्मराजो हि शुद्धात्मा निदेशे स्थास्यते तव । आनृशंस्यपरं होनं जानामि गुरुवत्सलम्
dharmarājo hi śuddhātmā nideśe sthāsyate tava | ānṛśaṁsyaparaṁ hīnaṁ jānāmi guruvatsalam ||
भीष्म म्हणाले—धर्मराज युधिष्ठिर अंतःकरणाने अत्यंत शुद्ध आहे; तो तुझ्या आज्ञेतच राहील. मी त्याला ओळखतो—तो करुणेला सर्वोच्च मानणारा, क्रौर्यरहित आणि गुरुजनांवर अत्यंत प्रेम-भक्ती ठेवणारा आहे.
