Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
इन्द्रियाणि सकृत्स्पृश्य त्रिरभ्युक्ष्य च मानव: । कुर्वीत पित्र्यं दैवं च वेददृष्टेन कर्मणा
indriyāṇi sakṛt spṛśya trir abhyukṣya ca mānavaḥ | kurvīta pitryaṃ daivaṃ ca vedadṛṣṭena karmaṇā ||
भीष्म म्हणाले—प्रथम नेत्र इत्यादी इंद्रियांना एकदा स्पर्श करून, नंतर तीनदा स्वतःवर जल शिंपडावे. त्यानंतर वेदोक्त विधीनुसार देवयज्ञ व पितृयज्ञ करावा.
