sumanturbarbarī vidvān kabandhaḥ kuśikaṃdharaḥ plakṣo dālbhyāyaṇiścaiva ketumān gopanas tathā

सुमंतु, विद्वान् बर्बरी, कबंध, कुशिकंधर, प्लक्ष, तसेच दाल्भ्यायणि—आणि केतुमान व गोपन—हे सर्व पवित्र ज्ञान-परंपरेतील श्रद्धेय प्रवर्तक मानले गेले आहेत।
