दशवर्षसहस्राणि द्विगुणानि बृहस्पते विष्णुना योधितो युद्धे तेनापि न च सूदितः

Transliteration

daśavarṣasahasrāṇi dviguṇāni bṛhaspate viṣṇunā yodhito yuddhe tenāpi na ca sūditaḥ

Translation

हे बृहस्पते, वीस हजार वर्षे विष्णूने त्याच्याशी युद्ध केले; तरीही तो विष्णूनेही मारला गेला नाही।
