Sukta 4
ये गोपतिं पराणीयाथाहुर्मा ददा इति । रुद्रस्यास्तां ते हेतिं परि यन्त्यचित्त्या
yé gopátiṃ parāṇī́yā́thā́hur mā́ dadā́ íti | rudrásyā́stāṃ té hetíṃ pári yánty ácittyā ||
They who, having led the Lord of cattle astray, then say, ‘Give not,’—upon them, through their folly, there cometh round about the missile of Rudra: so be it.
जे गोपती (पशूंचा स्वामी) याला भरकटवून मग म्हणतात—‘देऊ नका’—त्यांच्यावर, त्यांच्या स्वतःच्या अविवेकामुळे, रुद्राची ती हेति (प्रहारक अस्त्र) सर्व बाजूंनी येऊन घेरते; तसेच होवो.
