तस्यापसारप्रतिसंधाने शुद्धः स्यात् अन्यथा कर्मप्राप्तः ॥ कZ_०४.८.०४ ॥

Transliteration

tasyāpasāra-pratisaṃdhāne śuddhaḥ syāt anyathā karma-prāptaḥ

Translation

जर काढून नेणे आणि त्याचा संबंध/घटनाक्रमाची साखळी याबाबत त्याचे म्हणणे तपासणीत टिकले व जुळले, तर तो निर्दोष ठरेल; अन्यथा तो शिक्षेस पात्र ठरेल।
