तस्यातिक्रम उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च कर्मणा व्यापादनेन च ॥ कZ_०४.८.२० ॥

Transliteration

tasyātikrama uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca karmaṇā vyāpādanena ca

Translation

त्या (मर्यादे)चा भंग केल्यास सर्वोच्च दंड—करणाऱ्यासही व करविणाऱ्यास/आदेश देणाऱ्यासही; तसेच त्या कर्माद्वारे झालेल्या इजा किंवा मृत्यूसाठीही (दायित्व)।
