एतेषां कारणानामनभिसंधाने विप्रलपन्तमचोरं विद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.८.११ ॥

Transliteration

eteṣāṃ kāraṇānām anabhisaṃdhāne vipralapantam acoraṃ vidyāt

Translation

या (दोषारोपक) कारणांचा अभाव असताना एखादा व्यक्ती विसंगत/परस्परविरोधी बोलत असेल, तर त्याला अचोर (म्हणजे चोरीचा दोषी नाही) असे समजावे.
