स्वयं ग्रसितारो निर्विषयाः कार्याः ॥ कZ_०४.१३.०२ ॥

Transliteration

svayaṃ grasitāro nirviṣayāḥ kāryāḥ

Translation

ज्यांनी स्वतः (मालमत्ता) गिळंकृत/हडप केली आहे, त्यांना ‘निर्विषय’ करावे—म्हणजे साधन/पद-प्रतिष्ठा काढून घेऊन साधनहीन/पदहीन करावे.
