जातिविशिष्टामकामामपत्यवतीं निष्क्रयेण दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१२.३७ ॥

Transliteration

jātiviśiṣṭām akāmām apatyavatīṃ niṣkrayeṇa dadyāt

Translation

ती स्त्री जातिविशिष्ट, अनिच्छुक किंवा अपत्यवती असल्यास, योग्य निष्क्रय (भरपाई/प्रतिदान) घेऊन तिला सुपूर्द करावे।
