bahirgrāmasya prakṛtāyāṃ mithyābhiśaṃsane ca dviguṇo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

कृत्य गावाबाहेर झाले असल्यास, तसेच खोट्या आरोपाच्या प्रकरणातही, दंड दुप्पट होतो।
