प्रकर्मण्यकुमार्याश्चतुष्पञ्चाशत्पणो दण्डः शुल्कव्ययकर्मणी च प्रतिदद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१२.१५ ॥

Transliteration

prakarmaṇyakumāryāś catuṣpañcāśatpaṇo daṇḍaḥ śulkavyayakarmaṇī ca pratidadyāt

Translation

अविवाहित कन्येचे प्रथम संभोग (कौमार्यभंग) केल्यास चोपन्न पण दंड; तसेच शुल्क (वधूमूल्य) आणि व्यय व कर्म (संबंधित खर्च व विधी) यांचीही भरपाई द्यावी।
