यः समुदयं परिहापयति स राजार्थं भक्षयति ॥ कZ_०२.९.१३ ॥
Transliteration
yaḥ samudayaṃ parihāpayati sa rājārthaṃ bhakṣayati
Translation
जो राज्याचे उत्पन्न (समुदय) कमी करतो, तो प्रत्यक्षात राजाचा अर्थ/सार्वजनिक निधी भक्षतो।
