Transliteration

teṣāṃ karmaphalavinipāte tatphalahānaṃ daṇḍaḥ

Translation

त्यांच्या नेमून दिलेल्या कामाच्या अंमलबजावणीत मिळणारे फल/उत्पादन नष्ट झाले किंवा चुकीच्या रीतीने वापरले गेले, तर दंड म्हणजे त्या फळाची हानी (तेच लाभ जप्त) होय।
