यः पठेत्शृणुयान्नित्यं समदृग्विष्णुमानसः ब्रह्माग्नेयं पुराणं सत्तत्र नश्यन्त्युपद्रवाः

yaḥ paṭhetśṛṇuyānnityaṃ samadṛgviṣṇumānasaḥ brahmāgneyaṃ purāṇaṃ sattatra naśyantyupadravāḥ

जो समदृष्टी ठेवून आणि विष्णूमध्ये मन लावून या पवित्र ब्रह्माग्नेय पुराणाचे नित्य पठण करतो किंवा श्रवण करतो, तेथे सर्व उपद्रव व आपत्ती नष्ट होतात।
