FAQs

Ayurvedic roga-nidana (clinical diagnosis): it lists hallmark signs of pitta aggravation—yellowing (nails/eyes/vessels), pungent taste in the mouth, thirst, burning sensation, and excess heat.

It demonstrates the Agni Purana’s inclusion of practical medical science (Ayurveda) alongside religious and cultural topics, preserving diagnostic criteria for tridoṣa-based pathology.

By enabling early recognition of disorder and timely correction through dharmic living and proper care, it supports bodily purity and steadiness—foundational for sustained worship, study, and disciplined conduct.
