Related Themes: Agni Purana 34 (upacāra-dravya lists; kalasha and agni sequence)
It specifies the pūjā-offerings of liquids—pañcāmṛta and related waters—and defines a four-component pādya made from curd, milk, honey, and warm water for ceremonial foot-washing.
Beyond mythic narration, it preserves practical liturgical detail (upacāra-dravya lists and their composition), functioning like a ritual manual embedded within a Purāṇa.
Offering properly constituted pādya and pañcāmṛta is a purificatory act of reverent reception (satkāra) in worship, supporting ritual correctness (vidhi) and the merit (puṇya) associated with disciplined devotion.
