ततो देव्याः प्रतीहारी जया नामातितेजना । देव्याः हृदि स्थितं वाक्यमुवाच तनुमध्यमा ॥

tato devyāḥ pratīhārī jayā nāmāti-tejanā | devyā hṛdi sthitaṃ vākyam uvāca tanumadhyamā

അതിനുശേഷം ദേവിയുടെ പ്രതിഹാരി ‘ജയാ’ എന്ന അതിതേജസ്വിനി, സുന്ദരമായ ഇടുപ്പുള്ളവൾ, ദേവിയുടെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ നിലകൊണ്ട വാക്ക് ഉച്ചരിച്ചു।
