वासुदेवाय पादौ तु कटिं संकर्षणाय च । प्रद्युम्नायेति जठरं अनिरुद्धाय वै उरः ॥ ४६.२ ॥

vāsudevāya pādau tu kaṭiṃ saṃkarṣaṇāya ca | pradyumnāyeti jaṭharaṃ aniruddhāya vai uraḥ || 46.2 ||

പാദങ്ങളെ ‘വാസുദേവായ’ എന്നു അർപ്പിക്കണം; കട്ടിയെ ‘സങ്കർഷണായ’ എന്നു; ‘പ്രദ്യുമ്നായ’ എന്നു ജഠരത്തെ, ‘അനിരുദ്ധായ’ എന്നു ഉരസ്സിനെ (സമർപ്പിക്കണം).
