Description of the Forms of Infernal Torments

Naraka Yātanās

एकैकं दुस्तरं घोरं यथापूर्वं यथाक्रमात् ॥ अनुभुङ्क्ते स कृच्छ्रेण दुष्कृती तीव्रवेदनाः

ekaikaṃ dustaraṃ ghoraṃ yathāpūrvaṃ yathākramāt || anubhuṅkte sa kṛcchreṇa duṣkṛtī tīvravedanāḥ

ഓരോ യാതനയും കടക്കാൻ ദുഷ്കരവും ഭയാനകവുമാണ്; മുൻകർമ്മാനുസരിച്ച് ക്രമമായി ആ ദുഷ്കർമ്മി കഷ്ടത്തോടെ തീവ്രവേദനകൾ അനുഭവിക്കുന്നു।
