तत्र क्लिश्यन्ति ते पापास्तस्मिन्मध्ये सहस्रशः॥ जिघ्रन्तश्च तथा गन्धं मज्जन्तश्च सहस्रशः॥

tatra kliśyanti te pāpās tasmin madhye sahasraśaḥ || jighrantaś ca tathā gandhaṃ majjantaś ca sahasraśaḥ

അവിടെ അതിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആ പാപികൾ ആയിരങ്ങളായി കഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നു; ദുർഗന്ധം മണത്തുകൊണ്ടും ആയിരങ്ങളായി മുങ്ങിക്കൊണ്ടും ഇരിക്കുന്നു.
