मन्त्रः— ॐ एष हि देव भगवंस्तव गात्रसूतिḥ संसारमोक्षणकरो मधुपर्कनामाः॥ भक्त्या मयायं प्रतिपादितोऽद्य गृहाण देवेश नमो नमस्ते॥
mantraḥ— oṃ eṣa hi deva bhagavaṃs tava gātra-sūtiḥ saṃsāra-mokṣaṇa-karo madhuparka-nāmāḥ || bhaktyā mayā 'yaṃ pratipādito 'dya gṛhāṇa deveśa namo namas te ||
മന്ത്രം— ‘ഓം—ഹേ ദേവാ, ഹേ ഭഗവാനേ! “മധുപർകം” എന്ന ഈ അർപ്പണം നിങ്ങളുടെ ദേഹത്തെ സ്പർശിക്കുന്നതും, സംസാരമോചനകരമെന്നും പറയപ്പെടുന്നു. ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ ഭക്തിയോടെ ഇത് സമർപ്പിച്ചു; ഹേ ദേവേശാ, സ്വീകരിക്കണമേ—നമോ നമസ്തേ.’
