कुमुदस्य तु मासस्य नवम्यां तु वसुंधरे॥ प्रदक्षिणीकृत्य भुवं सर्वपापैः प्रमुच्यते॥
kumudasya tu māsasya navamyāṁ tu vasundhare || pradakṣiṇīkṛtya bhuvaṁ sarvapāpaiḥ pramucyate
ഹേ വസുന്ധരേ, കുമുദ എന്ന മാസത്തിലെ നവമിദിനത്തിൽ ഭൂമിയെ പ്രദക്ഷിണം ചെയ്താൽ എല്ലാ പാപങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മോചനം ലഭിക്കുന്നു।
