ततः स्नातौ शुची क्षौमे परिधाय तु वाससी ॥ प्रणम्य भूषितौ विष्णुं दम्पती तदनन्तरम्

അതിനുശേഷം സ്നാനം ചെയ്ത് ശുദ്ധരായി, ശുദ്ധമായ ക്ഷൗമവസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ ധരിച്ചു, അലങ്കരിച്ച ദമ്പതികൾ ഉടൻ വിഷ്ണുവിന് പ്രണാമം ചെയ്തു.
