निवेदिते परा प्रीतिर्भवत्‍वेतन्मनोगतम् ॥ प्रसन्नो यदि मे देव ह्येष मे दीयतां वरः ॥

nivedite parā prītir bhavatv etan manogatam || prasanno yadi me deva hy eṣa me dīyatāṃ varaḥ ||

നിവേദനം ചെയ്ത ശേഷം പരമ തൃപ്തി ഉണ്ടാകട്ടെ—ഇതാണ് എന്റെ മനസ്സിലെ ആഗ്രഹം. ദേവാ, നിങ്ങൾ എനിക്കു പ്രസന്നനാണെങ്കിൽ, ഈ വരം എനിക്കു ദയചെയ്യുക.
