एतन्मे परमं गुह्यं परं कौतूहलं तथा ॥ मम चैव हितार्थाय त्वं विष्णो वक्तुमर्हसि ॥
etan me paramaṃ guhyaṃ paraṃ kautūhalaṃ tathā | mama caiva hitārthāya tvaṃ viṣṇo vaktum arhasi ||
ഇത് എന്റെ പരമഗുഹ്യമായ ചോദ്യം, അതുപോലെ പരമകൗതുകവും ആകുന്നു; എന്റെ ഹിതത്തിനായി, ഹേ വിഷ്ണോ, നീ തന്നേ ഇതു പറയേണ്ടവൻ।
