ऋतुकालेऽपि गच्छेद्यः अपत्यार्थे स्वकां स्त्रियम् ॥ ईदृशास्तु नरा भद्रे मम कर्मपरायणाः
ṛtu-kāle 'pi gacched yaḥ apatya-arthe svakāṃ striyam || īdṛśās tu narā bhadre mama karma-parāyaṇāḥ
സ്വന്തം ഭാര്യയോടും യോജ്യമായ ഋതുകാലത്തിൽ, സന്താനാർത്ഥം മാത്രമായി സമീപിക്കുന്നവൻ—ഹേ ഭദ്രേ, അത്തരത്തിലുള്ള പുരുഷന്മാർ എന്റെ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ച കർമാനുഷ്ഠാനത്തിൽ പരായണരാണ്।
