स एव क्षेत्रपालो ऽभूत् पशुपालः स एव हि स सर्वपालकश्चासीत् प्रजापालो महाबलः

sa eva kṣetrapālo 'bhūt paśupālaḥ sa eva hi sa sarvapālakaścāsīt prajāpālo mahābalaḥ

അവൻ തന്നെയായിരുന്നു പ്രദേശത്തിന്റെ രക്ഷകൻ; അവൻ തന്നെയായിരുന്നു പശുക്കളുടെയും സംരക്ഷകൻ. അവൻ എല്ലാവരുടെയും കാവൽക്കാരൻ, മഹാബലമുള്ള പ്രജാപാലകൻ ആയിരുന്നു।
