Sarvasara

नाहं भवाम्यहं देवो नेन्द्रियाणि दशैव तु ।

न बुद्धिर्न मनः शश्वन्नाहङ्कारस्तथैव च ॥

अप्राणो ह्यमनाः शुभ्रो बुद्ध्यादीनां हि सर्वदा ।

साक्ष्यहं सर्वदा नित्यश्चिन्मात्रोऽहं न संशयः ॥

नाहं कर्ता नैव भोक्ता प्रकृतेः साक्षिरूपकः ।

मत्सान्निध्यात्प्रवर्तन्ते देहाद्या अजडा इव ॥

स्थाणुर्नित्यः सदानन्दः शुद्धो ज्ञानमयोऽमलः ।

आत्माहं सर्वभूतानां विभुः साक्षी न संशयः ॥

ब्रह्मैवाहं सर्ववेदान्तवेद्यं नाहं वेद्यं व्योमवातादिरूपम् ।

रूपं नाहं नाम नाहं न कर्म ब्रह्मैवाहं सच्चिदानन्दरूपम् ॥

nāhaṃ bhavāmy ahaṃ devo nendriyāṇi daśaiva tu |

na buddhir na manaḥ śaśvan nāhaṅkāras tathaiva ca ||

aprāṇo hy amanāḥ śubhro buddhyādīnāṃ hi sarvadā |

sākṣy ahaṃ sarvadā nityaś cinmātro ’haṃ na saṃśayaḥ ||

nāhaṃ kartā naiva bhoktā prakṛteḥ sākṣirūpakaḥ |

matsānnidhyāt pravartante dehādyā ajadā iva ||

sthāṇur nityaḥ sadānandaḥ śuddho jñānamayo ’malaḥ |

ātmāhaṃ sarvabhūtānāṃ vibhuḥ sākṣī na saṃśayaḥ ||

brahmaivāhaṃ sarvavedāntavedyaṃ nāhaṃ vedyaṃ vyomavātādirūpam |

rūpaṃ nāhaṃ nāma nāhaṃ na karma brahmaivāhaṃ saccidānandarūpam ||

ഞാൻ ഭവിക്കുന്ന ജീവിയല്ല; ഞാൻ ദേവനുമല്ല; പത്ത് ഇന്ദ്രിയങ്ങളും ഞാൻ അല്ല. ഞാൻ ബുദ്ധിയല്ല, മനസ്സുമല്ല; അഹങ്കാരവും അല്ല. ഞാൻ പ്രാണരഹിതൻ, മനോരഹിതൻ, ശുദ്ധൻ—ബുദ്ധി മുതലായവയുടെ എല്ലാ വികാരങ്ങൾക്കും സദാ അതീതൻ. ഞാൻ സദാ സാക്ഷി, നിത്യൻ, ചൈതന്യമാത്രം—സംശയമില്ല. ഞാൻ കര്‍ത്താവല്ല, ഭോക്താവല്ല; പ്രകൃതിയുടെ സാക്ഷിസ്വരൂപൻ. എന്റെ സാന്നിധ്യമാത്രത്തിൽ ദേഹം മുതലായവ ജഡമായിട്ടും അജഡംപോലെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു. ഞാൻ അചലൻ, നിത്യൻ, സദാനന്ദൻ, ശുദ്ധൻ, ജ്ഞാനമയൻ, അമലൻ. ഞാൻ സർവ്വഭൂതങ്ങളുടെ ആത്മാവ്, സർവ്വവ്യാപി, സാക്ഷി—സംശയമില്ല. ഞാൻ ബ്രഹ്മം മാത്രം; സർവ്വവേദാന്തംകൊണ്ട് അറിയപ്പെടുന്നത്; ആകാശം, വായു മുതലായ വേദ്യവസ്തു ഞാൻ അല്ല. രൂപമല്ല, നാമമല്ല, കര്‍മ്മമല്ല; ഞാൻ സച്ചിദാനന്ദസ്വരൂപ ബ്രഹ്മം മാത്രം.

I am not a becoming entity; I am not a god; nor am I the ten senses. I am not the intellect, not the mind; nor indeed the ego-sense. I am without vital-breath and without mind, pure, ever beyond (the modifications of) intellect and the rest. I am ever the witness, eternal, consciousness alone—without doubt. I am not the agent, nor the enjoyer; I am of the nature of the witness of Prakṛti. By my mere presence the body and the rest function, as though non-inert. I am immovable, eternal, ever-blissful, pure, consisting of knowledge, stainless. I am the Self of all beings, all-pervading, the witness—without doubt. I am Brahman alone, knowable through all Vedānta; I am not an object of knowledge such as space, wind, and the like. I am not form, not name, not action; I am Brahman alone, whose nature is Existence–Consciousness–Bliss.
