होमं कृत्वा गुरोर्मूर्तिः सुवर्णेन विनिर्मिता । स्थित्वा जले प्रदेया वै पीतांबरसमन्विता

homaṃ kṛtvā gurormūrtiḥ suvarṇena vinirmitā | sthitvā jale pradeyā vai pītāṃbarasamanvitā

ഹോമം ചെയ്ത ശേഷം ഗുരു (ബൃഹസ്പതി)യുടെ സ്വർണ്ണനിർമ്മിത പ്രതിമ ഒരുക്കി, പീതാംബരം അണിയിച്ച് ജലത്തിൽ വെച്ച് ദാനമായി അർപ്പിക്കണം।
