vedavedāṅgatattvajñaḥ svakarmapariniṣṭhitaḥ | purā samāgato dharmastīrthayātrācikīrṣayā

Translation

വേദവും വേദാംഗങ്ങളും ഉള്ള തത്ത്വം അറിഞ്ഞും, സ്വധർമ്മത്തിൽ ദൃഢനിഷ്ഠനായും ആയ ധർമ്മൻ പൂർവകാലത്ത് തീർത്ഥയാത്ര ചെയ്യുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചു വന്നു।
