evaṃvidho mahādevi prabhāse saṃvyavasthitaḥ | āpyatattvātsamānīte mā te bhūtsaṃśayaḥ kvacit

ഹേ മഹാദേവീ! ഇപ്രകാരമാണ് ഞാൻ പ്രഭാസത്തിൽ ദൃഢമായി സ്ഥാപിതനായിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ അവതാരം ആപ്യതത്ത്വം (ജലതത്ത്വം) മുതൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നതാണ്; അതിനാൽ നിനക്കൊരിക്കലും സംശയം ഉദിക്കരുത്।
