ईश्वर उवाच । ततो गच्छेद्वरारोहे कपालीश्वरमुत्तमम् । रुद्रं तृतीयं पापघ्नं नीलरुद्रस्यपूर्वतः
īśvara uvāca | tato gacchedvarārohe kapālīśvaramuttamam | rudraṃ tṛtīyaṃ pāpaghnaṃ nīlarudrasyapūrvataḥ
ഈശ്വരൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—അതിനുശേഷം, ഹേ സുന്ദരജംഘേ, നീലരുദ്രന്റെ കിഴക്കുഭാഗത്ത് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന പാപഹരനായ മൂന്നാം രുദ്രൻ—ഉത്തമ കപാലീശ്വരനെ സമീപിക്കണം.
