kāpālikebhyastaddeyaṃ dāsīdāsajane tathā | tato'parāhnasamaye navamyāṃ syandane sthitām

Translation

ആ ദാനം കാപാലിക സന്ന്യാസികൾക്കും, ദാസി-ദാസജനങ്ങൾക്കും നൽകണം। തുടർന്ന് നവമിയുടെ അപരാഹ്നസമയത്ത് (ദേവിയെ) രഥത്തിൽ സ്ഥാപിക്കണം।
