īśvara uvāca | ityuktvā tu tadā devī tatraivāṃtarhitā'bhavat | prabhāsakṣetramadhyasthaḥ sa rājātulavikramaḥ
Īśvara (Śiva)
Tirtha: Prabhāsakṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: Purāṇic interlocutor(s) in the larger frame; immediate narrative focus on the king
Scene: The Goddess, after speaking, dissolves into light and vanishes; the king stands in awe at the center of Prabhāsa, the landscape holding a charged stillness.
Divine instruction is followed by divine withdrawal; the seeker remains anchored in the tīrtha, where the teaching is to be lived.
Prabhāsakṣetra, explicitly named as the central setting of the event.
No new ritual is prescribed here; it transitions from Devī’s instruction to the narrative continuation under Śiva’s narration.
