चक्रुः कथाः सुविचित्रा इतिहासानि भूरिशः । कीर्त्तयंतः स्थितास्तत्र पप्रच्छू राजसत्तमम्
cakruḥ kathāḥ suvicitrā itihāsāni bhūriśaḥ | kīrttayaṃtaḥ sthitāstatra papracchū rājasattamam
അവർ അനവധി വിചിത്രകഥകളും ധാരാളം പുരാതന ഇതിഹാസങ്ങളും പറഞ്ഞു; അവിടെ തന്നെ നിന്നുകൊണ്ട് അവയെ കീർത്തിച്ചു കൊണ്ടു ആ രാജശ്രേഷ്ഠനോട് ചോദിച്ചു।
