ഇങ്ങനെ ശ്രീസ്കന്ദ മഹാപുരാണത്തിലെ എൺപത്തൊന്നായിരം ശ്ലോകങ്ങളുള്ള സംഹിതയിലെ ഏഴാം പ്രഭാസഖണ്ഡത്തിലെ ആദ്യ പ്രഭാസക്ഷേത്രമാഹാത്മ്യത്തിൽ ‘ശൃംഗേശ്വരമാഹാത്മ്യവർണനം’ എന്ന പേരുള്ള മുന്നൂറ്റി അമ്പത്തേഴാമത്തെ അധ്യായം സമാപ്തമായി।
