अत्र तीर्थे नरः स्नात्वा यो मां पश्यति मानवः । अपि कीटपतंगा ये निधनं यांति मानवाः । ते मृतास्त्रि दिवं यान्ति सुकृतेन यथा द्विजाः
atra tīrthe naraḥ snātvā yo māṃ paśyati mānavaḥ | api kīṭapataṃgā ye nidhanaṃ yāṃti mānavāḥ | te mṛtāstri divaṃ yānti sukṛtena yathā dvijāḥ
ഈ തീർത്ഥത്തിൽ സ്നാനം ചെയ്ത് എന്നെ ദർശിക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ—ഇവിടെ കീടമായോ പക്ഷിയായോ മരിക്കുന്നവരും—ആ പുണ്യബലത്താൽ സത്കർമ്മിയായ ദ്വിജന്മാരെപ്പോലെ മരണാനന്തരം സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലേക്ക് പോകുന്നു.
