ईश्वर उवाच । ततो गच्छेन्महादेवि नारायणगृहं परम् । गोष्पदाद्दक्षिणे भागे सागरस्य तटे शुभे
īśvara uvāca | tato gacchenmahādevi nārāyaṇagṛhaṃ param | goṣpadāddakṣiṇe bhāge sāgarasya taṭe śubhe
ഈശ്വരൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—അപ്പോൾ, ഹേ മഹാദേവി, ഗോഷ്പദത്തിന്റെ തെക്കുഭാഗത്ത്, സമുദ്രത്തിന്റെ ശുഭ തീരത്ത് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ‘നാരായണഗൃഹം’ എന്ന പരമധാമത്തിലേക്ക് പോകണം.
