तेनान्नेन तदा ता वै वर्त्तयन्ते सदा प्रजाः । ऋषिभिः श्रूयते चापि पुनर्दुग्धा वसुन्धरा
tenānnena tadā tā vai varttayante sadā prajāḥ | ṛṣibhiḥ śrūyate cāpi punardugdhā vasundharā
ആ അന്നം കൊണ്ടു അന്ന് പ്രജകളും പിന്നെയും എപ്പോഴും പോഷിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. ഋഷിമാരിൽ നിന്നുമും കേൾക്കപ്പെടുന്നു—വിവിധ ജീവവർഗങ്ങളുടെ ഹിതത്തിനായി വസുന്ധരയെ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും ദോഹിച്ചതായി।
