Transliteration

narastrīnapuṃsakākhyāśca jātibhedā jarāyujāḥ | catuṣpadāśca paśavo grāmyāścāraṇyajāstathā

Translation

പുരുഷൻ, സ്ത്രീ, നപുംസകൻ—ജന്മഭേദങ്ങളാൽ വ്യത്യസ്തരായാലും—എല്ലാവരും ജരായുജ (ഗർഭജ) ആകുന്നു; അതുപോലെ ചതുഷ്പദ മൃഗങ്ങളും, ഗ്രാമ്യമായാലും അരണ്യവാസിയായാലും।
