वज्रादप्युत्तमं चक्रं यत्तद्विष्णुपरिग्रहे । दैत्यदानवसंघानां तदायत्तो जयोऽभवत्

vajrādapyuttamaṃ cakraṃ yattadviṣṇuparigrahe | daityadānavasaṃghānāṃ tadāyatto jayo'bhavat

എന്നാൽ വജ്രത്തേക്കാളും ശ്രേഷ്ഠം വിഷ്ണുവിന്റെ കരത്തിൽ വിരാജിക്കുന്ന ചക്രമാകുന്നു. ദൈത്യ-ദാനവ സംഘങ്ങളോടുള്ള വിജയം അതിന്മേലെയായിരുന്നു ആശ്രിതം.
