ईश्वर उवाच । ततस्तेषु प्रयातेषु देवदेवेष्वसौ मुनिः । शतवर्षाणि तत्रस्थस्तपसे प्रस्थितो द्विजः
īśvara uvāca | tatasteṣu prayāteṣu devadeveṣvasau muniḥ | śatavarṣāṇi tatrasthastapase prasthito dvijaḥ
ഈശ്വരൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—ദേവദേവന്മാർ പുറപ്പെട്ടശേഷം ആ ദ്വിജമുനി അവിടെ തന്നെയിരുന്നു നൂറുവർഷം തപസ്സിൽ പ്രവേശിച്ചു.
