इत्युक्तो विश्वकर्मा स भूमिं वीक्ष्य समंततः । उवाच प्रणतो भूत्वा शंकरं लोकशंकरम्
ityukto viśvakarmā sa bhūmiṃ vīkṣya samaṃtataḥ | uvāca praṇato bhūtvā śaṃkaraṃ lokaśaṃkaram
ഇങ്ങനെ ആജ്ഞ ലഭിച്ച വിശ്വകർമ്മൻ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള ഭൂമിയെ നിരീക്ഷിച്ചു; പിന്നെ നമസ്കരിച്ചു ലോകമംഗളകാരിയായ ശങ്കരനോട് പറഞ്ഞു.
