एवमस्त्विति तेनोक्तास्ते सर्वे विगतज्वराः । तल्लिंगानुकृतिं लिंगमीजिरे मुनयस्तथा । चक्रुस्ते मुनयः सर्वे स्तुतिं विगतमत्सराः
evamastviti tenoktāste sarve vigatajvarāḥ | talliṃgānukṛtiṃ liṃgamījire munayastathā | cakruste munayaḥ sarve stutiṃ vigatamatsarāḥ
അവൻ “ഏവമസ്തു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അവർ എല്ലാവരും ജ്വരമുക്തരായി. തുടർന്ന് ഋഷിമാർ ആ ദിവ്യലിംഗത്തിന്റെ അനുകൃതിയായി നിർമ്മിച്ച ലിംഗത്തെ പൂജിച്ചു; അസൂയരഹിതരായ ആ ഋഷിമാർ എല്ലാവരും സ്തുതിഗാനങ്ങൾ രചിച്ചു.
