क्षुत्कामकंठास्तृषितान्गौरी मत्वा तपोधनान् । आदाय गोरसं तेषां कारुण्यात्सा पुरः स्थिता
kṣutkāmakaṃṭhāstṛṣitāngaurī matvā tapodhanān | ādāya gorasaṃ teṣāṃ kāruṇyātsā puraḥ sthitā
തപസ്സാണ് ധനമായിരുന്ന ആ മുനിമാരെ വിശപ്പും ദാഹവും ബാധിച്ചവരെന്ന് കരുതി, കരുണയാൽ ഗൗരി അവരുടെ വേണ്ടി ഗോറസം (പാൽ) എടുത്തുകൊണ്ട് അവരുടെ മുമ്പിൽ നിന്നു।
