കൃഷ്ണാജിനം വിരിച്ച ഉത്തമാസനത്തിൽ ഇരുന്ന്, രമ്യമായ ഋഷിതോയാ തീരത്ത് മഹാമുനി വിധിപൂർവ്വം (ആരാധ്യത്തെ) പ്രതിഷ്ഠിച്ചു।
